Bullying & Conflict Resolution Resources

Picture your classroom and the students you teach. See their faces. It’s likely that one in every three has been bullied — and that doesn’t include the students exhibiting bullying behavior. As a teacher or parent, what can you do?

Bullying Prevention Resources

Bullying affects 33% of youth, what can we do?

Together, we can help children around the world overcome bullying and prejudice so they can live happy, healthy, and peaceful lives without the shadow of violence hanging over them. Help them have fun and simply be children!

Children are facing bullying and violence at school, at home, and in the world every day. Bullying has reached a crisis point — it’s one of the leading causes of youth depression and suicide in the US and globally.

The effects of bullying are far-reaching and don’t disappear in adulthood, either; it just changes shape! It affects workplaces, family, relationships, and self-esteem. It becomes generational unless children (and adults) learn why it’s occurring and how to overcome it.

Psychological Conditioning Resources

We’ve all been conditioned. By developing questioning minds, we can be free of it.

We all have a mind that has been conditioned. Once we have the ability to see our thinking and understand it, we have the option to change our thoughts and no longer act from conditioned thinking.

Help young people develop questioning minds and learn how to prevent conflict before it begins.

Prejudice Resources

Learn how to identify and take responsibility for your prejudice, ultimately leading to healthier relationships.

Teaching students about prejudice, stereotyping, discrimination, and other social injustices can be daunting. Prejudice happens when people pick on and bully others – usually for being “different.” Prejudice is something we learn from an early age.

When we learn to hate and fear because someone else is different, we are caught in prejudice. Whether it’s the color of one’s skin, nationality, gender, sexual preference, or religion it only creates pain and suffering.

We are not always aware that this happened. Still, we must understand and take responsibility for any prejudice we have. Once we become aware of our prejudice, we have the possibility to be free of it. Teaching students to recognize prejudice and what causes it equips children to develop healthy relationships with themselves and others throughout their entire lives.

Martial Art for Peace Resources

How can the Martial Arts help students prevent bullying?

The martial arts can be a comprehensive program that addresses violence by educating students on Martial Arts for Peace. This gives them the complete tools to cope with bullying by being able to prevent it, resolve it though nonviolent means, and, if all else fails, have the confidence to protect themselves through the humane application of physical self-defense skills.

If a student is taught only physical self-defense, do they have the skills to avoid and resolve bullying before it becomes a physical confrontation?

Life Skills

Help students develop their social and emotional intelligence through important life skills.

Help students understand their emotions and how to act respectfully with both themselves and others. This builds a solid foundation for their entire lives and encourages positive social outcomes at school, home, and community as they grow.

Learning these life skills as children, students will take these skills into teenage and adulthood which will tremendously help them throughout their entire lives – especially in our current world of constant comparison and competition, often spurred on by social media and unrealistic expectations.

Help students build a foundation of respect for self, self awareness, self worth, and important life skills through activities, roleplays, stories, and inquisitive questions.
